  • Simulated Sleeping and Turning: The weight of the rollers and repeated rolling simulate the repeated sleeping, turning, and bearing concentrated weight on an air mattress.
  • Internal Structure Testing: The main purpose is to test whether the coil beams or air columns inside the air mattress can withstand continuous pressure without breaking or detaching, ensuring the mattress's long-term flatness and lifespan.
  • Durability Verification: By setting tens or even hundreds of thousands of rolling cycles, the product's durability is verified. This is a crucial quality assurance step for air mattresses targeting the mid-to-high-end markets in Europe and America.
